Individuals seeking to develop expertise in the support, implementation and troubleshooting of Windows 2000 network environments and Windows 2000 or Windows XP desktop operating systems. It is also for IT professionals seeking MCSA certification, either as a stand alone credential or as a stepping stone to MCSE
 
Prerequisites
An MCSA candidate should have experience working with desktop and network operating systems
